week three meal plan

howdy hey howdy ho.  this week was beyond fun, really beyond, but i'm so glad its coming to an end.  i'm the type that does best with a schedule and a rhythm to the day.  i really like a plan, if i don't have a plan, i sort of wander around and don't accomplish everything i should, or would like to.  i have my barre schedule already planned for the week and will go full speed ahead with my schedule.

here is my my meal plan for the week, and chances are, i will actually make all these meals!
