recap: day three of 60 days to a better body

Hi Everyone!  This was my first "two-a-day"!  I had pure barre at 9:30 this morning and then a quick three mile run while my little man napped.  Even though I worked out twice, I stayed relatively light with my meals because I was invited into our neighborhood Bunco group and tonight is my first time attending!  I'm excited and know I will have some extra glasses of wine and extra snacks! This will be short since I do have to leave soon.

Today's Meals


Breakfast: Suja juice.....enough said. I am not a "juicer" by any means but these things are g-l-o-r-i-o-u-s. They are super tasty and you can practically feel the nutrients entering your system! Check out suja here to find a retailer near you that sells them.

Lunch: my go to salad, love it.

Dinner: The Kevin Bacon Salad.  It's really a salad with Canadian bacon on it, but Mark and I like to rename things to be funny.  Funny to each other I mean, I realize not everyone will find that humorous. This salad is one our favorites and I actually really love the homemade dressing that goes with it.

    Just a quick question...how do you feel about 2 PB classes in one day? I considered taking a 4:15 and then a 5:30 on Tuesday, but wasn't sure if that was too much or something.

    You're an all-star for running a 5K after class! I've been walking every day after class, but only like 1 or 2 miles, mostly as a cool down, also because I want to do 50 miles in July.

    1. That's beast mode girl! One thing I do wish about Pure Barre is that they had different levels of classes, if you want to go a little bit lighter one day and maybe extra hard another, it would be nice to have that option. I know our studio won't let you do more than one class a day, but I'm not sure if that rule is across the board for all studios. You should ask, then let me know how it goes if you do it!

      I won't lie, I felt a little all-star. I love your walking goal!
