day one of 60 days to a better body

Hey party people!  Here we go!! Hopefully you say my post last night, detailing my meal plan and some super awesome breakfast tips from my sis-in-law.  I'm actually incredibly nervous about this.  I have been able to focus in a major way on my workout and fitness goals, but I wasn't ever holding myself accountable to an audience of people that I can't really make excuses to.  So here goes.  I decided to match up my after pics from last year, with my day one pics from this year.  I really think that putting pictures side by side is such a huge motivator, or in this case, indicator!  Look at what happens when you don't keep at it. The good news is that I am starting from a better place this time around.  It happens so slowly that you don't fully realize the changes in your body, until you can look at them side by side.  So here is hoping that at the end of the 60 days, I look better than I did in my after picture from last year.

Here is my schedule.  I will post a similar schedule tomorrow that isn't focused on half-marathon training, for all those people who don't love running.  

In order to hold myself accountable, I will include daily updates on how it's going. I will also post updated pictures at 30 days and obviously again at 60.  So if you love seeing a headless body in a bikini, then stop back by, hopefully the body is looking a little more fit by then.
